We are pleased to inform you all that, we are about to start our Sports Events from September onwards with Carrom & Chess followed by Table Tennis.

Schedule of the same is given as below :

Sports Event – 6th Sept-26

1) Carrom Singles
2) Carrom Doubles
3) Chess

Sports Event – 27th Sept-26

1) Table Tennis Singles
2) Table Tennis Doubles

We are herewith sharing Registration Forms of the same too .

We are herewith requesting every participant to fill the form completely & submit a dully filled form with Proof of Date of Birth & Registration Fees at Anavil Bhavan on or before the Last Date of Registration .

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS :

1) Dully filled form to submit with Registration Fees & Proof of Date of Birth to attach with the form & to submit at Anavil Bhavan or to handed over to any member of the Sports Committee on or before Last Date of Registration
2) 30th June-26 ( Age completed till this date ) will be considered as a cut off date for the Age Group bifurcation
3) Age of Partner must also be of the same Age Group only for Doubles with respect to Point Number 2
4) No form will be accepted after Last Date of Registration gets over
5) Reporting Time would be 9:30am & Sports Event starts from 10am onwards
6) No Participant would be allowed to participate, if reports after 11am

Full Co-operation is expected from each Participant during each Sports Event .
